Kim started her career in lending in 2001 after buying her own first home.

She realized how important and exciting the home buying experience is and knew that it would be the perfect career choice for her. She wanted to be able to make a difference in people’s lives and be able to Assist and support them through one of life’s most important processes.

Kim moved to Venice in 1999 from Austin, Texas to enjoy all the treasures that the small town of Venice had to offer. She enjoys many weekends with her husband and three children out on the boat offshore fishing in the gulf, or having picnics at one of the beautiful beaches in our area. She is also very involved in the community and is an active member of the Sertoma Club of Venice, the Venice Area Young Professionals, the Venice Area Board of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
